Return and Refund Policy
At DAVOIR MODE PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Certain items such as innerwear, personal hygiene products, or items marked “Non-returnable” are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, email us at modedavoir@gmail.com or call us at 9005163115 with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide return instructions.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or as store credit, as per your preference.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.
We will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:
The item is used or damaged by the customer
The return request is raised after the return window
The original tags or packaging are missing
