At DAVOIR MODE PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to provide our customers with a smooth and transparent shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:
Order Cancellation Before Shipping
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at modedavoir@gmail.com or call us at 9005163115 with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
Order Cancellation After Shipping
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may opt for a return after receiving the product (as per our Return Policy).
Refusing to accept the shipment will be treated as a return, and applicable return handling charges (if any) may be deducted from your refund.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment source.
COD Orders
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders can also be cancelled within the allowed time. No charges will apply if cancelled before shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or incorrect address details.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately and initiate a full refund (if applicable).
