Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order placed on the DAVOIR MODE PRIVATE LIMITED website.

1. Cancelling Before Shipment

You can request cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

2. Cancelling After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy once the order is delivered.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If you paid online and your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, no charge is made until delivery, so no refund is required.
